Hi there, there is something else this could be Have you heard of SPD? Sensory processing disorder? It?s something That many autistic children have but it?s not autism. It?s a difficulty processing external stimuli. If you look it up you might find it could be intersting. You will need to apply for an ECHP. To start helping him to get assessed and to get the school to understand better just a thought

What I find weird is that he was described as ? Asian?. There have been a few other instances across the country when toddlers have been led away or grabbed one in Sutton and one up north and all were described as ? Asian? - something needs to be examined there.
