I had a squirrel crash land on my kitchen window from a nearby beech, first time ever. It was mad. Also hearing a lot of bird song in the absence of all the bl@#dy planes on Heathrow flightpath. The silence of the sky above us is a true gift. Normally they start at 6am and fly to midnight. That and the magnolia and camellia are wonderful.

Wouldn't it be quicker and easier to approach some agents on behalf of the known actors/ performers etc? I would be surprised if any famous faces are reading threads on EDF! Although we do have a good smattering of "Selebs" locally. Good luck with it, it's such a wonderful and supportive idea.

My downstairs neighbour is smoking weed frequently in their lounge, which can be smelt strongly in our lounge. It is a terrible intrusion and often gives headaches. The tenant is aggressive and anti-social, and has been bullying(and worse) before. Is it worth trying to say anything, or going to the police about it? I would say it is anti-social so maybe relevant for an ABSO?

There was a drug-related stabbing here earlier this year (from what I remember) and the teenage boy was badly injured. It was claimed that a big car was used to sell drugs from on the road. I live in Glengarry and would say it is very mixed - smart family houses alongside social housing flats with some very odd/unpleasant characters sadly. I have been harassed and intimidated by my awful immediate neighbours. But this is probably only on one side of Glengarry Rd. Good luck.
