I agree malumbu their landings are terrible. Have also used BA a lot recently and would not revert but I must say Ryanair provided many a reasonably priced flight for our family when we flew to Perpignan when our children were still at school , and in fairness they were reliable. I would only use them now if needed the somewhat obscure locations that they fly to. Clearly their customers count for nothing, absolutely nothing.

My daughter uses Vision Direct, no problems so far.

Amanda 1979, I have used the one by Sainsbury's recently and think it's fine. The large Cod is worth paying for if you like a good portion of fish and I would say a large portion of chips would feed two people easily.

I'm glad the gym is getting upgraded, the plans look great. Is it me or the poolside lifeguard situation over the top? Minimum two at each session? For an adult swim lane session?

I've used Airnb a few times in France and Spain very successfully in terms of value for money etc. But have never been asked to pay a deposit of any amount.

Lady Norwood, I love your story. Have been fortunate enough to have eaten at The Gavroche and MRJ does delight in meeting his guests. He ran past me two tears ago when I was watching the London Marathon that my sister was running and I respect him for that. Monica I hope will be back for the 'Professionals' version but I'm still enjoying current series.

A double oven/microwave stack, genuinely didn't think I really needed one but love it. Have a four point 90cm induction hob which is fine for me. Never had a range cooker but happy with my lot!

Cora I'm glad you have raised this issue. I have seen so many threads concerned about secondary school and rightly so. You want your child to be happy and achieve to the best of their ability. Sixth forms do set their own admissions criteria, but generally speaking achieving 5 GCSE's including Maths and English will open up a lot of choice. I agree with Curmudgeon's comments and I'm aware of many students who have changed school for sixth form for a whole host of reasons. Sixth form choice is a dream compared to primary and secondary applications!

I agree Louisa. Electoral reform is not the subject of the title. I have a daughter at university ( 2012) intake and the first to have paid the increased fees. According to her there are plenty of students voting, good for them. They are exercising their democratic right to vote for the first time in their lives. Use your vote, don't complain about the consequences if you don't .

I agree with Louisa. I think she has let herself down badly in this programme. She wasn't prepared to give Katie Hopkins the benefit of the doubt, although others have and actually like her. She teamed up with the very bitchy Perez Hilton, an american that told others " She's the most hated woman in Britain" (Hopkins), well maybe us British should decide that. At last night's eviction she was booed when her name was called out. I predict her to be the next one out and that her friendship with Perez Hilton will end at that moment.

Correct Brezzo, but I agree with bornagain, most decent sixth forms will only admit with five minimum GCSE's at grade C or above including English and Maths.

My son got his first choice too. He only went there for sixth form and I would highly recommend this school. For those of you who don't get your preferred choice of secondary school please be assured you have more choice at sixth form. Well done Charter!

Try Le Brasilia near Perpignan, has won many awards, not cheap and gets booked up really, really quickly for July and August. You can get them via Eurocamp, Venue or Thomson al Fresco. Have camped many times in France and this site is exceptional.
