Why mariage is good (for the country / economy)
Andystar replied to Marmora Man's topic in The Lounge
It's also the only word in the English language that is also a sentence :)-D ..I only say that because no-one wants to marry me :-$ -
It was quite a weird but enjoyable episode- mind you, I did watch it at abt 2 in the morning. I did think the new Doctor did go a little bit OTT sometimes. I'll check with my 5yo niece aka the gremlin, to check if he was good or not. I also agree about the music & the baddies too ( did I see those creepy statues?? ) Lastly, here's the best reason to watch. http://blogs.sundaymercury.net/anorak-city/karengillan.png And one for the ladies http://moblog.net/media/t/w/i/twiglet/davros.jpg

My dear old dad is the king of 'past its sell by date' foods. The majority of anything in his cupboards was a few years out- shame he didn't have an original Wispa, I reckon that it would have fetched a bit on ebay.

Ooops I sent this to you via PM by > mistake, please ignore :)) ------------------------------------------------------ Aw, that was the 1st PM I've rec'd in ages, no one ever PMs me :( ...I do have an auntie Sue, bit of a drunk, stayed over once & vanished, we spent ages looking for her & eventually found out that she slipped between the bed & the wall- Guinness punch was not to blame, this time...

I'm all about Curling at the mo. I didn't realise that so much strategy was involved & that bad sportsmanship is frowned upon. It is also traditional for the winning team to buy the losing team a drink after the game - I'd never have to pay for booze again :)-D

Does anyone read Southwark life?? Also, whats with the 10000001 leaflets I, get through my letterbox daily. I'm all for better recycling, its such a chore that I totally understand why people don't bother. I've got a huge mountain of cardboard ( & those 10000001 leaflets ) & those stupid plastic 'paper' recycling bags just don't cut it. A few places, that I've lived at, use the same bins as our standard ones but with a different lid, so much simpler. -

Is this the 1st sign of the Apocalypse?? ( no pun intended ) -
I'm thinking of starting a new topic - iamhere ( failed to respond to our questions ) Only joking. What exactly was the problem that you had?? Please don't take this the wrong way but, I'm not really a fan of internet warriors (esp 1st time posters) who post vague general stuff like this, slating someone with no real back up evidence. ( I actually spent most of last night trawling through another forum full of similar posts, full of accusations with no evidence against good people I know. ) Maybe you should post your grievance here From what I've seen, he seems to be making an effort to reply to people & sort out problems The good people of this forum are rightly suspicious of these kinds of posts by first time posters- a good example of it is here It leaves us feeling crushed and devalued. Ps, I'm not affiliated with him or the Lib Dems in any way shape or form. :))
