Lots of bats around my area in Forest Hill. Me and the kids did a really enjoyable Bat Walk in the Sydenham Hill area a couple of summers back where you walk around with bat detectors and listen to them use their sonar. Not sure if it is an on-going thing, but would highly recommend!
