Fernando is a very hard worker, who is also prompt and communicative. Highly recommend.

Another recommendation for Gerry, our radiators had stopped working and thanks to him we are warm again! He was very quick to respond and super competent, and I would be super happy to give him a call for any other plumbing issues.

I've had around 3 missed recycling collections in the past 5 times I've put it out. On the last occasion (July 26th), even though I reported it that night, it took over a week for them to pick it up, after I complained on Twitter and subsequently sent an email to ecomms@southwark.gov.uk
