Language is a fluid thing people, otherwise we'd all still be running around saying 'forsooth' etc. However, mispronouncing schedule is not pardonable IMO.
squatters saved a rather important piece of Victorian architecture from being demolished by Southwark council in the eighties..... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pullens_buildings
Better sell those tickets I've got the for the ATP finals as obviously I'm not enough of a fan. Oh well. Atticus, you can have them for ?100 quid a pop.
Atticus, how on earth do you surmise that from my comment? What a load of bollocks. I've been listening to the whole effing tournament on 5 live so get of your high horse mate.
He's not miserable - he's a laconic Scot with dry humour which most people don't get. There are plenty of vids of him larking about with interviewers and making jokes. If you only ever watch tennis for two weeks a year then you're not really going to see the whole picture. Let's face it, you've just come of court after a gruelling 3hour battle and you're expected to perform to the camera to make the public feel comfortable about you being a happy media friendly person? who gives a toss really - it should be about the sportsmanship of which there is plenty with AM. It is unlikely he will beat Federer today, but he has beaten him several times before so it's not impossible. I will be cheering him on this afternoon.
Erm, sorry if I appear to be missing the point. I guess someone who has been flashed by three speed cameras and stopped once for speeding doesn't need to slow down at all, honestly, what was I thinking. Bloody French.
I used to hold my breath after passing someone in the street for a count of ten, got a bit tricky in busy streets :-( I also obsessively counted stairs, still don't like my baked beans to touch the toast!
