Here's where I got the September date for Dulwich from...
  2. I think I read somewhere is was due to open around the 25th/26th September...
  3. I was told this morning at Peckham Pulse that the expected opening time is now September... Is this true?

It is quite usualy for me to be locking my bike up in the morning and see men utilising the bushes. What gets me is that the Pulse has a toilet which is open to anyone right by the entrance. Obviously not useful for when the Pulse is shut, but at the times I'm witnessing these men it is most definitely open. Really not pleasant.
  5. Ah that's a shame. Theo's great! Does he run any classes at Peckham Pulse today? There's a lunchtime spin class there, I don't know who is running it though(obv not Theo if he is usually at Dulwich!).
  6. Well, according the directgov website you should have had the deposit back within 10 days. Obviously as you haven't, maybe you should look at the disputes section of this site? Here's the links... http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/TenancyDeposit/DG_066380 http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/TenancyDeposit/DG_066397 I had this problem recently with a different letting agency who were again saying it was the landlord's fault. A few hints about the delay and being able to refer the issue on meant we got our deposit back swiftly after a 4 week wait.
