I was working in marmora re on Friday when an electric van drove slowly up the road, it had a camera on each corner and had Southwark council markings. I can only assume it was registering number plates.

The policeman was stabbed in a sweet shop opposite the coop George Hammond?, He had a Joe Brown haircut and was old school, he sadly died of his injuries. Foxtons was Woolworths, huge and empty, then it became a dole office for a time.

There used to be kennels on the bottom of the hill (left side) as you go up. I've seen an old sketch in the Southwark archives.
