Another recommendation for Gardenia Gardens. The team have just finished a full overhaul of our garden after it was destroyed when our extension was built. They made us a new bespoke fence, some built-in seating, a pergola and some raised beds, as well as instating two new paved areas, some ground level planting and an artificial lawn. End results are fantastic and we are very happy. The team gave great advice along the way and were a pleasure to work with. Would happily recommend to anyone.

I am very pleased to recommend Prestige Build & Management. We used just used them to build a rear extension and remodel the entire ground floor of the house, and we are very happy with results. We initially chose another company, but lost confidence in them during the design phase which put us off using them to do the build as well. We put the contract out to tender again, met with Jay and were impressed from the get go. He was very knowledgeable and offered some great suggestions that the original company and architect hadn't thought of, and also talked us out of several things that we had been persuaded to do, which in hindsight would have been big mistakes. The quote wasn't the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for. I only wish we had used them from the beginning as it would have saved a lot of time, hassle and money. Jay's team are fantastic guys, all experts in their own areas and the quality of their work is excellent. The project has not been without issues, but that is always the case with this type of work and Jay and team were always quick to find solutions and solve problems. The attention to detail has been amazing and their standards are very high, which is evident in the quality of the finish. The house is completely transformed and we are extremely pleased with the way it turned out. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
