This is a concern as we will be planning to move here long term. If it becomes a rat run without any discernible parking available, will become a hindrance. I am not sure what to make of this or whether to rethink.

Thank you very much, very helpful. Bit worried about the parking but thinking this may be rectified if the Residents permits are to come into place. That being said, parking directly outside ones house is a luxury in London.. as long as we can park fairly close we will manage. Thanks again.

Hello, does anyone live on Crystal Palace Road and what is the general consensus for a family to live there? Is it very busy? Any advice would be much appreciated as we are thinking of buying . Thank you.
