Got a call back from the noise and nuisance team and they asked me to call them on 0207 525 5777 when it is occurring.
As it’s just started again I’m on the line with them now. It did take a while to get through, but it’s been logged for what it’s worth.
I had a walk round to find where the poor dog is m. As I approached the house may be at the back of it stopped. I did this multiple times to test my theory. This is leading me to believe this dog just wants someone to come home. All lights were off at the property, it’s probably just been shut out while the owner is out. What a sad situation for all.
Just had a call back… the address has had a written warning a few months back.
FYI The N&N team need to come and take a reading from our/your property to properly enforce the legislation around noise complaints.

It didn’t have an immediate effect 😉 but it gave me something to do while I lie awake. Bark!
Just been visited on Forest hill road, by one of those ?ex convict, door to door tea towels for the homeless? hawkers. I know this is probably a repeat post, but I wanted to let others know, incase they felt intimidated or threatened.
