Potato update: Just been into morrisons and they have a 2.5kg bag of king Edwards, which are cheaper then the so called 2kg potatoes from sainsburys. So I know where to get them now.:-)

thanks for everyones advice. I know it sounds trivial, but they are the only potatoes I like all the others don't taste as nice. Im gonna weigh the next bag instore, then complain about them.

You can't buy king Edwards in the local high street.

I don't see the point in this traffic light in the first place. Didn't need one there for thirty years.

Outrageously, sainsburys have halved the bag size of the king Edwards potatoes, but they are still claiming they are 2kg. And they are still the same price. They are no way near 2kg, one bag use to overfill my saucepan, now the bag I brought on Thursday doesn't even fill half the pot. It's outrageous they are now false advertising.

I seen this aswell. usually groups of two woman at 7am and again at 1pm with a shopping trolley. they go around every street, from all the side streets on Peckham road through to dog kennel hill, and they do it EVERYDAY. They don't just look in the bin they get right in it and could care less if anyone looks at them. It's very unsettling to know someone is on your property digging through your bins. always take your name off anything you throw out, better still get a shredder.

Group of men got out of a jeep and knocked on my door at 4.30pm. When I opened the door they said they can wash the drive for me. Bunch of crooks they were.

If they only stole the ring mabey they knew you had it in the first place. Did they ransack the place? I got burgled last year, someone broke in while I was asleep when I woke up to the noise they were making they took everything of value in the kitchen. Police did nothing and were of little help.

can't believe people are acting like Camberwell and Peckham are no where near ed, from dog kennel hill both are a quick ten minute walk.

Andrew castle is right it is a rough area nothing fancy, inbetween Peckham and Camberwell. only rich people consider it a posh area, its nothing special to everyone else.

same thing happens where I live next door neighbor sells drugs from its front door, whole no good street buys their drugs from it. there is no shame in these people they go around with their head in the air buying drugs in broad daylight at someones front door. the police are in on it, how can you sell drugs from your own house?

how do you get tickets for an 8 year old? are they just let in with a paying adult?
