We've bought him a radiator bed which he seems to like. He actually spent all evening with us last night. Unfortunately this meant he did not get his full quota of daily exercise resulting in restlessness and him knocking a glass of water off the bedside table at 5am. He said he was hungry but he knows that breakfast is not till 6:30. Our youngest was facing off with a fox this morning. Mrs LYM chased the fox away in her jim jams. .....I just don't know what to do with the pair of em!
So my eldest has started coming in late and smelling of smoke. He's not even two years old and I hoped that he would be good cat. Not sure where he is going but it smells like he has been curling up in front of someone's log fire. Still - he comes back when it's meal time. Should I be grateful or is he taking the p*ss. I feel like he is laughing at me.
After training one morning, Kenny noticed a dog pooing on the pitch. So he shouted to a colleague, what's that turd doing on the pitch. To which, Andy Carroll piped up, saying "I thought I'd put in a bit of extra training boss".
Two old ladies chatting. One said to her friend, "whenever I'm down in the dumps, I get myself a new hat". And the other one said............ I wondered where you got them.

Agree with Jeremy - Skiing is social activity. Doing it in a group will be more fun (although you may learn slightly slower). You will even be able to take part in the end of week slalom.
Maybe they haven't let all the drivers know yet. It's very confusing at the moment. As far as I could tell the new diversion (down Brenchley) was only the 343 northbound. The 484 (both ways) and 343 (southbound) were all still going down Inverton Road. Lack of notices was very disappointing!
The Manor Place site is closing on 3 January 2012 From 4 January 2012 we (Southwark) are opening a new Re(f)use and Recycling Centre at: 43 Devon Street, off Old Kent Road
Hi, Mrs LYM here... most charity shops can accept rag and actually make pretty good money from it. I know the Red Cross Shop in Forest Hill does and if the Mind shop has a bin that's great. Charity shops can rag anything - odd shoes, old dusters.. even pants. Just mark it clearly with 'rag' if you don't want a charity shop volunteer rooting through your expired smalls....
Dear Lady, I beg you To cook as you please, But don?t overlook the Importance of cheese! As a casserole topping All bubbly and brown, It will make your fine cooking The talk of the town. As a spread for a sandwich Or a puffy souffl? It will help you to cope On your busiest day. Its tang and its flavor Will tempt and will tease; ?Most all of your dishes Can be sharpened with cheese!
A little bit of advice needed. Our wire lighting (Looks like this) did not turn on, electrician came out and fitted new transformer (100w). Lights now turn on and are bright but gradually dim over the next 20 mins. Turn off and on again and they are bright again.....only to gradually dim again.. There are 5 20w lights. If I take 1 or 2 off. Would that make a difference? Or is there something else I should do? Maybe we should get the Electrician back but it would involve having another day off work! Thanks
Heard on the radio this morning that infra-red cameras show only 10% of the tents are occupied during the night. Either they're getting friendly with their neighbours or they are going home on a evening. And who can blame them......It's getting a bit parky on an evening
