  1. We had a phone stolen from a desk in my office by someone looking for a job with no more than a sheet of A4 in his hand. None of the three of us present even remember him getting that close, it was done by distraction when maybe only one of us was remotely looking in hogs direction.
  2. I remember your club working on that station model in Camberwell must be about twenty years ago now. In the school in Valmar Road, Camberwell.
  3. There seems to roadworks on this stretch once a fortnight. Probably something to do with the Health Centre being built.
  4. The fish with bones I bought was sold as cod pieces, three for a fiver which I bought because they were already cooked. Which brings me into a pet hate, having to wait for fish, chips or both to be cooked even at peak times and all the local shops do this. Years ago the fish was cooked and waiting for customers and the chips fried by the ton and not to order, brown and crispy not half cooked and white. The fish batter is soggy because it hasn?t crisped up and I?m sure a lot of them are selling Pollack as Cod. Don?t get me going on saveloys.
  5. It was terrible, the last fish I had in there was full of bones. That and the chips were in the bin by the time I?d reached the Melbourne crossroads.
  6. A proper old school fish and chip shop that doesn?t sell kebabs or burgers.
  7. To avoid confusion, its correct name is Dulwich Common, not College Road.
  8. I?m paying ?5 for Brick Pale Ale at Dulwich Hamlet !!
  9. It was right overhead for me, fabulous display and they did write to local residents a few weeks ago.
  10. That crossroads is a nightmare, especially when crossing EDG.
  11. I don?t watch daytime TV or hide under duvets. I?ve worked since 1977 and paid tax and NI weekly ever since.
  12. Root? Pale Ale sold out ?
  13. It?s that bit of scruffy no go area when it?s dark north of Sainsbury?s car park, not affected by the planning application
  14. They?ve been left in two?s and three?s ready for collection taking up parking spaces since Tuesday down my road.
  15. Where?s Dulwich Park Road? I watched a video this morning, The Tour De France have a team which go out early in the morning to change the knob graffiti using paint rollers to turn it into some other unrecognisable form. Must be a camera director?s nightmare trying to avoid any that got missed.
  16. I saw one in College Road a couple of weeks ago, about 10pm.
  17. Could have been another barbers/cafe or nail parlour I suppose.
  18. Don?t they have hives in the London Wildlife Trust across the road?
  19. The Astro isn't, the area around it is.

ITV News said the victim and assailant were arguing in the shop.

  22. My guess would be these are destined for the minicab market.
  23. I thought that when I saw it this morning.

That may be so and yes it happened for which we're all grateful. What people aren't aware of his his meddling nearly scuppered the whole thing when he started talking with rival cinema outlets. Remember at the time Picturehouse were not flavour of the month with the ongoing Ritzy living wage issues.
