That makes sense. I have no issue with post taking a little long than expected so that the postie can take some holiday. Which road are you on if you do not mind me asking ? I am waiting for some important post at the moment.

I really do not see any issues with the proposed plans. Six stories is not that high and its mostly replacing garages (not green space). We need more housing and this seems very sensible. -

This is the entire point of these plans. Stop driving in such a built up city ! If you want to drive your car around then move somewhere car friendly otherwise you're going to have to deal with traffic. The vast majority of us do not drive so why should such large amounts of our public space (roads are public space) to geared towards those who do ?

Stop driving your kids to school ? Take the bus and walk (obviously those with disabilities cannot do so and appropriate arrangements should be made). It's madness to be driving your kids to school in a city like this with so much public transport available - the cost of driving not just for your own pocket but for everyone else (environment etc.) is huge !
