  1. Assuming there's still some folks here who still haven't received their post for last month or so? Hopefully they are beginning to clear the backlog as Penguin68 has mentioned, I don't receive too much post but quite certain I haven't received anything since mid December.
  2. I moved to plusnet last year and have been very happy with the service. I was previously with BT, so I had one of their routers which I've continued to use. Plusnet router was rather poor in comparison, understandably so given the price difference in the offering.
  3. Plusnet is back working again.
  4. Checking if anyone else is having issues with Plusnet broadband, it's been down since this morning here, Se22 area. Difficult to check if this area specifically is affected on their site.
  5. Hello, I lost a small brown card wallet somewhere in the vicinity of Sainsbury's earlier this morning. It had a TSB bank card, oyster, and unfortunately my passport card within it. Grateful if anyone found this. thanks Colin

Mako, you should contact the government to get them to update their advice for exercise, to state 'no running on pavements'!

What products have they increased prices on, that is appalling and should be reported.
  9. Was it insanely busy at that time? I thought this was just going to be a temporary phase of panic buying and quickly return to normality. Perhaps I'm underestimating the level ignorance.
  10. Any recommendations for a decent alternative in the locality?
  11. Devastated for them. It must have been a massive rent increase for them to close, as it always seemed so busy so I'd assume it's quite profitable. Huge fan of their peckham rye, where am I going to get my fix now? Don't think there is anything comparable nearby.
  12. Breakfast time in the local caff?

Do you have any link to the list, would be interested to see it. I passed Ken's one day and there seemed to be some filming going on, wonder was the Jay and his gang.
  14. The queue's there this morning were ridiculous, have never had to wait so long. Ironic that a cost saving measure like this will probably end up losing Sainsbury's a vast amount of customers judging by the comments today.
  15. I'm in SE22 and have yet to receive any notification about this. I still have numerous brown paper bags that I use for my garden waste. Seems like a mess of a situation.
  16. Not sure and sorry to hijack your thread, but grateful for any recommendations for a local physio that is good with lower back/hip pain.
  17. Thanks for the detailed response Foxy. I did try Jaflong recently and was thoroughly unimpressed - that was for a takeaway. Maybe they have improved in the meantime. Curry cabin was my go to Indian and when they closed I reverted to Memsaab, and have in the main been quite happy with their offering. Did they give any reason for the price increase? As it seems most prices have rise near 20%.
  18. Been a coupe of months since I ordered here and have noticed there has been a substantial increases in prices. For example, the lamb Saag previously 7.25 is now priced at 8.55. And it's not just a few items, it's all across the menu. Aware rent increases and food cost can lead to price increases but this seems excessive. Going to look elsewhere. Any recommendations?
  19. Plusnets customer service may have been good previously, but judging from many online comments and review site's, that doesn't seem to be the case now. Take that along with the shambolic billing issues they have after implementing a new system, which seems like nobody decided to test beforehand, then I would be very wary about signing up to any of their services.
