Yeah, don't get me wrong. We enjoy their coffee and french stick just a bit cheeky when we're making the effort to support a local business. Ah well. Lots more important things to think about.

It's disgusting. We pay considerably more to rent in SE22 rather than we did in SE15. I can't believe it. East Dulwich is certainly no Peckham. There's a lot less chicken shops for start, Peckham doesn't have a GBK, a Nero or a White Stuff!

I don't see any personal "attack" SimonM. I do apologise regardless. I stand corrected. It was ?2.75 as my girlfriend paid. I still do think that ?2.75 for one piece of bacon cut in to four pieces is a little off though. Besides, I do think we've got better things to worry about. Someone was almost attacked by a rat in Sainsburys!

Yeah and for close to ?8 you could rustle up some much better sandwiches at home! Think we'll do that in future.

Hello, my first post here. My girlfriend and I popped out this morning to Cafe 2050 on Forest Hill Road. Nice to get out an get some fresh air. Got the papers and sat down with two coffees, a bacon sandwich and a sausage sandwich. ?2.75 each. When they arrived there was one rasher of bacon spread over two bits of bread. Mine was even better, one sausage cut in two. What a total piss take! The response "Is one sausage not enough?" Shame the builders cafe isn't open on a Sunday!
