Another recommendation for Steve. I called him a couple of weeks ago as the dryer on our washer/dryer wasn't working. He came out a couple of hours later, knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it in the spot. He even had a quick look at the washer part to make sure it was working properly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone!

Vanessa was unfortunately on Xmas hols :( However it all happened rather quickly so mark my husband almost had to catch him! Hope you are feeling ok Anja and Freddie is doing well. Any news from Nicola? I stole your due date sorry. Anyone fancy a meet up next week? Maybe Tuesday? R x

Hi girls, Sorry have been AWOL! I had another little boy on Boxing Day - Zachary! All good but juggling two toddlers and a new baby has been a little challenging at times! Huge congrats to all those whose new little people have arrived. Good luck to those who are imminent. Very much up for coffee meets. My toddler free days are tue, wed, thur. Welcome Olivia, and hello to everyone else (some who I have met and some not yet). I have missed the last couple of yoga classes too due to being away but will be there this sat and for the remaining 4 weeks before the baby comes (if it appears on time)! I have also started maternity leave today yay, so up for week day meets. Although only have toddlers with me on Fridays at the moment. We went to the Victoria Inn on Bellenden Rd. You can book a big area on the family side and they have the playroom for when the babies need a crawl/run around. Adults can take it in turns to man the playroom. Again no cost for this.

Hi girls, Wow sounds like there are lots of us having winter babies. I am due end of December and also a second time Mum (I already have twin boys who are 2)! Like many others on this thread I did NCT last time in ED but haven't this time. But I would be very up for meeting others in the same boat. I finish work beginning of December and will be keeping the boys in childcare so would love to meet up. For meet-ups with toddlers, the Victoria is a good option, or alternatively the new Cafe G (used to be The Gardens). I went to the new Yogarise saturday morning class last week at the Bussey building - would definately recommend it. I can't make this sat but will be going next, so perhaps if others are up for it we could do coffee afterwards (and leave the toddlers with their Daddies)! Rachel :)

Hi, I am looking for childcare starting end April, Tuesday-Thursday for my twin boys who are 16 months old. I live in the East Dulwich/Peckham Rye area. Would love to get a recommendation for someone who has experience with twins or two children of similar age, who is sociable and energetic and has the relevant qualifications/references.
