  3. Has there been a more deliciously satisfying exposition on the pursuit of power ..both personal and political ? This series may lack the sleek singularity of narrative that drove series one with shark like ruthlessness. But it still grips and consumes like nothing else. Perhaps even better than series one.
  4. It would be SO satisfying to snap that snooping periscope off and ram it up the exhaust pipe

Yes it really was lovely but closed now ...they've moved to somewhere else in catford but forgotten where . Liberal Club or something ? At the risk of ramming out my own local ...the Monty in Peckham has a great vibe.

Lol only a matter of time before the crazies came out! A cyclist could pedal naked through an intensive care ward smoking a pipe and it would still be ok with this lot! Only the most Lycra constricted brain could draw the frankly ass- backwards comparison between driving and cycling on the pavement !

This is the forum at its pants wetting worst. We've gone from a kid getting stabbed to full on gang warfare raging in ED...thanks stevieb23 and Unleglen. Gangs obviously exist and must be countered hard, wherever they proliferate. But the non sequitur-fuelled ,cleavage-heaving panic mongering evidenced here , does not assist matters . It only leads to things like the ludicrous " bullet riddled car" thread.

  22. The bed-wetting sensibility of certain aspects of this forum is becoming increasingly ( unintentionally )comic . Had someone who aurally knew something not contributed , we would have ended up with "the legend of the ED crack shoot-out".
