I absolutely despise the double yellow lines and the loss of 8 parking spaces within a stones throw of my house as someone else has already noted. I see no reason they exist beyond income generation for the council. I do not want a CPZ either. I do not want to pay the council to pay near my house. Also on the tripping dangers - i tripped and injured myself badly on a very loose tile on the footpath. Not a penny did the council compensate me for my lost income from work but within a week the tile was fixed. Rant over

my house was also left in a complete state after an eco style cleaning company that used to advertise on here. absolutely disgusted with how they left my home and it was supposed to be a special treat to myself. i did complain on here and also on google. i cant remember the name of them but they no longer advertise on here have tried to get cleaners but they are either rubbish or unreliable or both!!! i now bribe or pay my kids (i turn the wifi off if jobs i have asked to be done are not)

I have to echo pretty much most of Scruffy Mums post but to add my 2 cents in. I chose this school over kingsdale because i felt my son needed to have extra attention partly because i felt very let down by our primary school in this regard. we found out he is dyslexic and the teachers have been great at reaching into his mind and encouraging his strengths and managing his weaknesses (talking). he has become a confident (albeit an annoying teenager) and i feel the school has really helped him on many levels. I really hope the school continues to develop and grow into something truly fabulous (easily surpassing ND)

James I want to thank you as well as the many hundreds and possibly thousands of parents whose children will enjoy an outstanding new secondary school (even though we wanted HABS). Was great working with you on the committee and although not a lib dem voter by nature (and actually not in goose green ward even though its round the corner) i thought you were a great help to the community. Best of luck with all you do in the future!

will this affect residents along maxted rd and also waghorn? is this where the old printers were - where the artists operate currently?
