Sadly not, we can see he?s wearing a tag but have searched Facebook and forums (including the links above, thanks Angelina) but no one seems to have reported one missing. We?ve called the RSPB but they only deal with wild birds, and RSCPA won?t do anything unless it?s injured or we can capture it - we?ve tried enticing it into the house but so far no luck!

Hi. This Rosella Parakeet turned up in our garden this morning and was quite tame. It sat on a window ledge for while but we weren't able to bring him in. Has anyone lost him as we are concerned he may not last long in the wild.

Spotted this parrot in our garden in Kirkdale this morning, have been told it's an Eastern Rosella - so looks like an escaped pet.
