I don't think you are that old where you have no option to change your present job. Let me tell you that I worked as a customer service representative for 5/6 years and then decided enough is enough. Though, I had to lose 3/4 months in order to get to a profession but I did. Now, I work as copywriter and frankly speaking, I am quite happy with my new job. It's never too late to start!
