  1. I've bought a few vegetable plants/plugs from Cade Street at the North Cross market... but they don't have a huge variety. Does anyone know any local places that sell vegetable plugs? Thanks,
  2. There are plenty of larger sites vacant on LL that I would have thought they could take up if needed.
  3. Has anyone received a sticker recently? Wondering how long it's currently taking as I'm waiting 2+weeks for mine.
  4. 1 on Oakhurst Grove (Insurance) 1 on Elsie Road (Public Safety/Imbalanced) 1 on Derwent Grove (Weak Forked Trunk) There was a further tree on either Elsie or Derwent, can't recall which.
  5. I noticed 4 trees removed on the 10 minute walk from my house to ED station a couple months ago. 1 due to insurance, the others for "weak fork" or "imbalanced". The notices all state that a replacement tree will be planted nearby asap. Does anyone know if this is actually done in practice? I recall a couple trees removed from LL a year ago and it doesn't seem that they were ever replaced.
  6. Great idea, would definitely shop there if in Peckham/ED. Its a shame that ED rents are so high, as would nicely compliment the existing butcher/fishmonger/cheese shop/greengrocers on LL. There are a number of empty shops on the high street, I would have thought the landlords would prefer to except a lower rent than to leave it empty for a year+.
  7. There was a main leaking on Fenwick road the start of the year as well. After a few days there were notices on the cars from Thames water, so they were aware of the problem, and still took another 10 days to fix. Agree with OP that it's crazy that such a leak could be allowed to go on for so long. I imagine that in addition to the wasted water its probably caused erosion under the road surface that will need to be repaired at some point.
