I am very very surprised at how glowing all of the reviews are for Norwood Roofing Specialists. I used this company twice in the last year. The last time, Dave was extremely verballly abusive to me (on the phone on 2 occasions) and also to the real estate agents managing my property (in person in their office). I have never before had a problem with any builders/work people, and so don't believe I provoked his attack. As it was also to the estate agents, it wasn't just to me. Although the work was done promptly, I will never again use this company as being threatened by a work person - particularly as a woman - left me feeling frightened.

Hi local neighbours. I have a lovely to flat to rent locally in ED/peckham borders, and would like any experience any of you have with local real estate management companies? Have been using Winkworths for 3 years and have found them unreliable. Does anyone have any experience of KFH, Ludlow Thompson or other good agents to find tenants and then manage rental property? Advice appreciated!
