Hi, just posting another recommendation for Ben (07737 985595). He very kindly popped round the same day I called him, proactively providing me with status updates on arrival time. He was extremely professional and considerate, putting on overshoe protectors before entering the house. He was incredibly quick to troubleshoot the issue and resolve. We will certainly look to call upon Ben again so wanted to share the recommendation.

Wanted to give another recommendation for Paul Harrison. I had a minor emergency with our gas hob yesterday and needed an engineer to call ASAP. Paul was kind enough to respond to my call and come over last night to assess and fix the issue which was such a relief! Same thing happened to our car last night, thieves broke in and had a good rummage around inside the car looking for valuables. Car parked on Dunstans Road.

To the kind gentlemen who helped us knock on doors on Hansler road to try and find the owner of the black and grey dog (miniature schnauzer type), who was lost and without a tag on his collar. We took him to the vets on Lordship Lane and thankfully he was chipped and one of their patients, So they were able to call the owner. The dog's name is Charlie and his owners are on their way to the vets to collect him. Thank you for your help! -
We are out too on Dunstans Road. Have called Thames Water and they say they are sending an engineer but had not received any other calls and did not know of any issue.

Hi, one of my silver shoes fell out of my bag either this morning c.9am or this afternoon c.2:30pm on the way to/from my car. As I don't fancy hopping, if anyone has found it could you please let me know and I will pop round and collect it so my shoes can be happily reunited. Many thanks!

Hi, I have a Phil & Teds Sport but the double seat, when used at the rear, seems to let in water somehow as my toddler always ends up with a wet bottom and lower back when we use it in the rain. We have the double storm cover which we use so I can only think the water is coming in from splash=back from the pavement - maybe through the mesh sides in the seat. I have tried to see if this is a commom complaint on review sites but have seen nothing. Has anyone else had this experience? I have seen a lot of other P&T's Sport buggies in ED so was wondering if anyone had any advice from a similar experience? Thanks
