I've heard the man is in a critical condition. It is completely senseless violence. Hoping and praying that the man will make a full recovery.

So glad the dog was found. Has anyone heard how the victim is doing? Hope they catch the perpetrator. Apparently a mixed race young man on a bike. In case anyone else saw anything. I was in the park but didn't.
