Hi Ninbi - I got my bike stolen from the bike park unfortunately. I parked it right under the nose of the camera. I actually left it a few days(as I got Covid!) but the bike, (gold rated) lock and everything were gone when I got back. British Transport Police told me the 'professional' bike thieves take the lock as well as they don't want any evidence left behind. I leave my bike there still, but not overnight and with a good lock and insurance. If you do need to claim - I wasn't covered as it was over 24 hours and was therefore classed as 'abandoned'... Just FYI! Hope that's helpful! :)

I took my cat in last week. Parking is tricky but I found a place on Ashbourne Grove. I normally find that you?ll get a space somewhere, but just leave plenty of time as there might be a little bit of a walk. Hope that helps!

Yes Andy - our next door neighbour has been experiencing this. In the mornings between about 8-9am, Underhill Road (East Dulwich end). Wonder if it?s someone?s usual route...

Sorry to hear that, what a pain. Last week I chased off (well, banged on the window) a group of 3 men who were attempting to get at the bottom of a Mitsubishi SUV parked outside my house in ED for the same reason. They stopped in the middle of the road, stopping traffic, to do it but scarpered once challenged - quite unbelievable. Three guys in a silver saloon (also didn?t get the plate). Certain vehicles are more vulnerable / in demand I think.

Hi KK / IanR Yes, that's right. the purple shop. It was on their shutters, so only visible when they are shut. I popped in yesterday on my way back from work, but the guy in there spoke very limited English and didn't seem to be aware of what had happened. Hopefully I'll catch the business owner at some point. They'll probably want to do something about it as it's not great for kids passing etc

I was out for an evening walk with my other half, and we came across a young guy spraying Punjabi graffiti in massive letters over LNI Newsagents on Underhill Road. I won't repeat what's written, but it's pretty obviously offensive (both in Punjabi (Google tells me) and English). My girlfriend is 8.5 months pregnant so we didn't confront him but took a video tried to call the police. We then shouted at him and he ran away. His face was covered with what looked like a black bin bag. We've reported it online. I'll let the owners know tomorrow. Don't know what else we can do, but thought I'd put it on EDF anyway. I suspect the police may be more interested than they usually are given that it looks targeted and possibly racist.
