I called Perry from the scaffolding company around a year ago to declare my interest & wanted a first refusal...I didn't hear back from him.. IMO ?800k is way too high for this considering it would take around ?100k to restore this properly, I would prob rearrange some of the storage rooms also... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-23467842.html

I called this number for Orange 0800 0790440 it's a free phone number from landline. 2/3 masts around Underhill Road are down. An engineer is scheduled to fix one of them asap. Thhe other they believe has no power as someone has stolen copper from the mast. I did complain & got half my monthly line rental refunded.
Not saying it is available but I think that is the only building big enough to fit one. That it used to be an old cinema as well, they most have the basis of a refit. Tbh even if they had one in Crystal Palace I would rather go there than Surrey Quays
It automatically roams to T-Mobile on my phone. Service has been either good or none at all tonight. Would expect this level of service from a network like 3. Will give Orange a call tomorrow.
I'm also having problems on Underhill Road, normally Orange is the only network to get perfect signal in my flat. Totally no service last Thursday & all weekend. Back to great yesterday though, hope it was just a blip.
Nearly bough flat 192 last year opposite the round. Decided not to as it was opposite a pub and it can always change hands for the worse. Good decision.
I think these kind of figures are misleading as every property is different. We know these flats didn't sell before and nothing has been changed to them.
Thought I saw the whole lot on for ?850k so this price is obviously too high. Fair enough they want to make a profit but it doesn't seem realistic. Higher house prices only fills developers pockets at the end of the day.
I live in a house of 3 and they delivered 3 blue bins for my front garden! No other flats have more than 1! Got them coming to take 2 away as I have a total of 7 bins in my front garden!
This is good as long as its updated for traffic etc Will have to try this out in rushhour! Sometimes I have waited a good 40 mins for P13 from West Dulwich station.
