Thank you for being so public spirited. I walk through Dulwich village several days a week and have been asked by a number of cars if they were allowed to drive on that road. So clearly the signage is very poor.

So please do you rescued the poor bird. ❤️

Earlier today I witnessed rather clever behaviour by a magpie. I'm leaving food out for fox parents with 4 babies. I watched the father fox take the food away and bury it under a garden bench, for later use. Seconds later a magpie flew down and unearthed the food from under the bench. Very smart!

I live in West Dulwich and at least 3 times a week see a sparrowhawk in my or neighbours garden with a poor pigeon but also seen them take smaller birds. Always know when it's about as the other birds do a single alarm call and whizz away in great haste!

The Sparrows in my garden do use the feeders.

To save me looking it up, can anyone tell me which political party run those Councils which did the semi structured interviews. I know Southwark obviously! To avoid bias there should be a mix.

I feel a bit pessimistic about you being able to find a space close by. I have exactly the same problem when taking my cats to the vet and usually have to try and persuade somebody to come with me and drop me off and then take the car away. The cats are terrified of the traffic noise and people on the pavements if I have to walk far with a cat basket. I really hope you are lucky finding a space
