Had one of these guys last summer, when I called Mr Zenoria65 to come to the door as the charming bloke wouldn't go away, charming bloke then became extremely abusive, threatened us and then said "I don't fu*king care if you buy anything or not, I'm coming back to rob your house later".... We called the police and he was arrested, eventually...

I spoke to Lloyds 'Customer Services' (a contradiction in terms) and then received a cookie cutter letter, outlining the % of customers who use online banking, % of personal and business customers, essentially the letter told me to suck it up and they had no intention of reversing their decision. So I am writing back to tell them that I am withdrawing all my current and savings account (as a % of my net worth, as they love percentages so much). I doubt they'll care but it'll make me feel better. The only quandary is where to bank now?

Just had breakfast - full English ?11.50, with tea (in a proper pot), two rounds of thick white toast and butter, total ?15.... Best black pudding I've had in a long while, good scrambled eggs... Couple on next table had pancakes with blueberries - looked good too... Not greasy spoon cheap but really good quality food, comfortable seating, no irritating background music.. All in all a decent start to the day....
