Went this morning to Highshore Road opening hours 8-10 AM. Not a sole to ask what the hell is going on. Joke

To up date on this, 14 letters arrived today. Which included letters posted before the 12th March. If you are waiting for letters maybe a trip to the sorting office is required.

After no receiving any post for almost 3 weeks I spoke to a postie why. His reply was we do not have enough postmen out of High Shaw Road sorting office. Its very inconvenient As my bank has sent debit cards which have not arrived and now have been cancelled. It appears that any 2nd class post could be sitting in a large pile somewhere. Thought I would pass this on.

Service charge increase by Southwark C
sally buying replied to Harry73's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Perhaps a more direct approach would be to email the head of leasehold management. they are responsible for both major and service charges. long ago Service Charges and Major works were 2 separate departments and the people involved knew in detail what was going on. I was told long ago that both service charges and major works were combined. They then had to have knowledge about both even though they had no knowledge. Got rid of those that knew and load everything on one person for a neighbour hood area. What do you think could happen? -

If I remember Southwark Council donated quite a large sum to both. -
Thames Water said we have a water leak
sally buying replied to vladi's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Received same letter. Monitored meter. No leak. Faulty meter -
Found the original news letter 20/21 from Southwark for the brown bin service. In large letters on the front of the invite just £40.00. What improvements are they now offering to warrant this price?
