Hi everyone, Would love to join the group please, due our second mid September. Was part of the summer babies group in 2018 and found it a great support. My number is 075998 26249. Looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you soon. Hollie
George, I am very sorry to hear of your situation however it is unfair to tell others to avoid the nursery because of it. The nursery is a business. You signed a contract that said the deposit was non-refundable. Why should the nursery have to waive the conditions of the contract because they no longer suit you? Any nursery in East Dulwich could have done the exact same thing. We have had a fantastic experience with the nursery to date and I would very much recommend them. Our child has come on leaps and bounds during their time there and the keyworkers show a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the children every single day. Haven't been able to fault a thing so far. Please don't let the above poster put you off.
Hi there, I'm due mid June with my first. I moved to the area earlier this year and would really love to meet other mums/mums-to-be as I am a little worried about feeling isolated and lonely during maternity leave as I am the first of my group of friends to be having a baby. Family is not close enough to just 'pop' round either. Can anyone recommend local activities or classes other than the usual NCT? I am early thirties. Hope everyone's pregnancies are going well!
I'm really sorry to share that a cat has been hit by a car and killed at the junction of Dunstans Road and Crebor Street. I only heard the commotion from inside my flat and don't know the full details of how it happened. The cat has been placed under the tree on the pavement opposite from the junction. Does anyone have any advice of what to do? The people involved said they were going to try and do something but have left the scene.

Visit Flightradar24.com and use the playback feature - the icon that looks like a clock on the right-hand side menu. You can plug in a start time and playback speed. This shows planes actively passing over East Dulwich from around 05:00 but the frequency increasing from 05:30.
