  1. I think it's important to know the name of the company involved in this incident.
  2. What cars do you all have?
  3. Wonder if they will have a collection service for online orders.
  4. Is the constant damage partially because the bollard is so low?

    Cassis query!

    Muslin is cheesecloth.
  6. Heard and read recently about Volkswagons having a known fault which allows people to get in without breaking anything.

I do that when making almond milk. FYI, I found almond milk at Aldi for 99pence, lots cheaper than other supermarkets. How much does it cost to make it yourself?
  8. What about the pool?
  9. I believe that The Potager is owned by the former ED Deli owner.
  10. I had quite a few things stolen at work and successfully claimed against my employer. They tried to get me to claim on my household insurance though. We weren't given any lockable places in the office, but could lock the door at night. Many people had master keys to the offices which could be used when no one was around. There were also thefts in the day, specially from male employees' coats on the back of the chair, and purses from handbags. I had a jacket, and sunglasses stolen, amongst other things.

What's the blue > bin for? Yes, of course, but lots of people stuff everything in the green bin, inside bags. I put my shredded stuff in the blue bin.
  12. I would advise being circumspect when filling out the customs form red the contents. Undervalue the items, you don't want to make them sound worth stealing.
  13. So dreadfully heartbreaking. Do you know which company this was? Seeing as all dogs have to be microchipped now, it would make it more difficult to sell them in, in theory....but in a pub or car park, maybe not. Can Gumtree and PreLoved plus other sites be notified?
  14. Shred stuff first, with a cross shredder ideally, then you won't have to worry.
  15. Were they spayed and neutered?
  16. Re toothpaste, lots of other stores have toothpaste for less than a pound, if that's what you are paying.
  17. Have a chat with the local Safer Neighbourhood Team. Think you can also email them.
  18. Heartbreaking. Is it the same company from the previous incident? Why would you leave such precious cargo in an unlocked vehicle?

Forest Hill? Where is it?
  20. A friend rates the cafe at 21 Upland Rd, used to be called Uplands Cafe. Always meant to try the one on Grove Vale, they do bubble and squeak, but haven't yet
  21. Still theft? From who, the council? Lots of differing opinions. I wouldn't put anything in my bin or front garden I wanted to keep.

  23. Isn't there another PO in Forest Hill Rd?
  24. Is this considered as trespassing? What can the police do?
