They have ruined it- please save your cash! Remembering the last scene in the book, I was waiting for it and it didn't happen! (i mean when Claire is an old lady) Best film recently has been indie called 'Sleep Furiously' saw it twice-nice doc set in tiny Welsh village and daily life, it's got music from Aphex Twin too, just lovely...
bless you for trying to help it, kinda thing I do...tried to get 2 baby squirrels rescued from a drain once, RSPCA refused because they were 'vermin'...
Have you tried radio? I had a nasty bout of food poisoning lasting 3 days, over new year too:( and radio saved my life! Talking books also a possibility...
I just want answers!! Spooky how we are so reliant on technology, radio, tv, couldn't even use my landline cos it's a combined emailer. Worried bout not having a hairdryer in the morning, you know, the usual....
Oh I so agree, such a lovely sight to behold, man and dog united! I would be willing to help him if needed, if someone knows this man well, maybe an offer would be appreciated??
re:community wardens, I suspect you already realise they have no powers covering traffic, that's why we have traffic wardens! Albeit the uniforms are almost identical ;-(
I personally like bees, wonders of nature etc. A lot of bees around this time of year are not dead but simply 'drunk' on pollen. I always rescue them, putting them somewhere safe! I won't kill any insect, just because something usually can feed on it so why not live and let live. Hornets are quite a different matter-I hate them...
Would you consider letting them stay till Spring? They breed up to Feb I think, but rest assured that foxes always have more than one den, so if you really want them out now, it's likely they will move on to another place they know...I would love to have foxes at the end of my garden!
