I have a bag of new mens socks and some new underwear, and it was meant for a homeless project in town, but for whatever reason it didn't happen. Is there a local place to take these please?

Last week's community fireworks were cancelled, maybe it's them?

Gutted, but after my favourite member of staff left (tall lady) I didn't really bother with it. Shame for the remaining staff. -

As already said though, approaching a lone woman in a dark park is dodgy and she should trust her instincts! -

Please all, if you share this sentiment the Cllr for parks and equalities is Rebecca Lury. [email protected] I am currently trying to get her to see the points raised and the strength of feeling, please email her! -

10.30 far too late for that kind of noise nuisance. -

Does anyone else have a conflicted view over this? I'm afraid this move will restrict certain people unfairly, lots of people (myself included) prefer to keep an eye on daily coffee spending, not to mention being discriminatory to folk without access to bank accounts. A straw poll today proved it to be an unpopular move and I'm wondering if this was in their original application for the contract. does the council not have a duty to see all members of it's community has access to recreation facilities? Am I overreacting?

Ditto. Easily a third of the quote from Dynorod

I've just been to 'Gather' in Bellenden Road. (121) and was impressed by the range of goods available. Lots of rows of dried goods, kitchen essentials such as washing detergent and staffed by lovely people. The nuts were especially reasonable. You can even make your own plant milk in their gadget-simply buy the oats (or whatever) and the milk was ready to pick up half an hour later!

Not sure if this is connected to the recent problems, but I get an error message when trying to report something using the 'report this message' link

Leave and get on with it. Oh they DO send money back. a lot of money in fact. I was once randomly reading the small print in one of my adult ed classes. Surprised to see of many funders the EU was one! Ask Cornwall how much they will lose...

You need the most supportive for your feet, so you need to go to a place that has you run/walk on a treadmill, to check your gait etc. It's the most important bit of kit to get right!

And the 'collectables' are made from plastic, cos that's what we need in the world right now apparently.
