I recently received a text saying my parcel (I was tracking it) had been sent to the wrong depot and would be delayed! I wonder if this is a common occurrence, or even an excuse for poor delivery service?

This reminds me of the woman sick of speeding drivers in her road, she held up a hair dryer and drivers, from a distance, thought it was a speed camera!
