Hi, I can recommend a really good post natal pilates class in West Norwood if that is convenient for you? Look up The Pilates Education. I've just finished doing their post natal class on a Tuesday evening at 8.30pm.

Thank you both, that is really reassuring! -
Hi, I'm looking for any advice or recommended reading in relation to moving my baby boy into his sister's bedroom. I'm slightly terrified at the prospect! My boy is 6 months old and still sleeps in my bedroom in a travel cot. We only have two bedrooms and within the next few months I will think about moving him to share with his sister, who is currently about 2 and a quarter (20 month age gap). My boy currently does not sleep well but I'm hoping that it will settle down a bit before I move him. My daughter sleeps really well at the moment and I don't want her brother to disturb her too much. Does anyone have any tips?!

I was there with my toddler on Tuesday morning and it was lovely! The changing rooms get really gross in the summer which is a shame, but I tend to get changed under a big towel on the decking! It looks like chaos on a sunny weekend. It is a wonderful place to have a lovely long swim if you get a rare hour without the children, outside of the busy periods! It is especially nice (for grown ups) in the spring/autumn when it is much quieter!

Any recommendation for Paediatric First Aid course
JayMey replied to miniko's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Carolyn at Daisy First Aid came over and did a session for about ten of us in one of our friend's living rooms in West Dulwich - I think that she would be happy to cover East Dulwich or recommend a colleague. She was brilliant and we all learnt so much! Details here: http://www.daisyfirstaid.com/greenwich and https://www.facebook.com/daisyfirstaidgreenwich/ -

I also do Dulwich parkrun when I can (I cant make it this weekend), it's great when your preggers because you can feel great about just completing it and not worrying at all about your time! We should do a parkrun meet up one Saturday! Jayne -

Hi, sorry, I had said that I can come on the 8th but my partner now has to work so I can't make either date (I cant find the original doodle link to update it!). Hopefully we can do it all again in a few months, when everyone is a lot bigger!! Jayne -

Hi yes, I would be up for a meet up too! Weekday evening would be fab as I find it easier to talk when not having to keep my one year old under control! Jayne -
