Doctors appointments at Forest Hill Group Practice
beejay replied to Lemmy's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
/i have been a patient at the FHGP for over 40 years and at last week ordered my rx via day lewis chemist, i have been put on a new painkiller and have to stay on them and went into surgery to let them know i only had enough until saturday, the surgery pharmacist called me today and i explained i had not had one of my other tablets for 2 days and was not to go without this tablet, surgery pharmacist said call 111 after 6.30 and they would sent a script for this tablet to local chemist for me to collect, I found the surgery very uncooperative and feel she is worthy of a jobsworth hat, there are in my opinion some well 3 lovely receptionists and the Doctors wonderful but this woman the worse member of staff i have ever encountered, tell you she will call back and does not, has anybody else encountered this with her? -
Yes, Forest Hill Road sent me text yesterday and i had jab yesterday afternoon.

I am certainly not a middle class snob, just live near it and walking past it stinks, the smell is disgusting when you pass by, when Jenny was manager it was exceptionally clean, had no complaints about it, since this bloke has managed it it has got awful, thankfully it has gone downhill as we dont have to put up with the noise and drinking in the road since we complained, would like to see it shut down, as would many residents

If it's Albins you have booked your funeral with they are amazing, they are not a large company but have several funeral parlours, i happened to pass a funeral they was preparing in Mottingham this morning, they are so professonal, i think a tip is down to the next of kin, we used them for my late husbands funeral and nothing was too much trouble, Sincere condolences on the loss of you mum Bea

Was told by a neighbour that guys hospital are giving vaccinations to anyone who phones them, apparently lots of people are not turning up for their covid jabs and Guys say they will go to waste, also from what i have been told a minister from a church in Peckham has been told to pass message onto her congregation, not sure how much of this is true.

Memsaab restaurant food waste management

I went for lunch here today and was very disappointed with the buffet, staff did not replenish the salad or rice, a lot of the food looked tired and yes i saw a member of staff taking a black bag outside and leaving it on the pavement on Lordship lsne when they had there bins in side road, i for one will not be returning -
7am this morning a woman was opening the black bin bag in my green bin, she was wearing a bright green top, and smoking a cigerette drooped from her mouth, I bashed the window and told her to clear off, she smirked and took her trolley up the road, making her way to top of Goodrich toward Lordship Lane but could be heading towards Landcroft, Black hair tied back, green top and dark trousers aged about 40-45.
