I can’t recommend Croydon Building Services Ltd enough! They turned my old, crumbling conservatory in East Dulwich into a gorgeous extension with a laundry area, a dining space, with some lovely bifold doors. On top of that, they sorted out my garden, paved the side return, and even did some tiling at the front of my house—all of it looks fantastic. What I really appreciated was how easy they were to work with. Their pricing was competitive, they kept me updated throughout the whole process, and they were happy to hear my ideas while also suggesting the best options for materials and costs. It felt like a real collaboration, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I am looking for a Spanish tutor for my Year 10 son. He is studying for his GCSEs. He has been learning Spanish for about 5 years. He needs a little support with his vocabulary, speech and writing. I also recommend John McCann. He sorted out the entire plastering for all 3 bedrooms, stairway and hallway downstairs. Plastering work was smooth. Looking forward to seeing what it would look like with a lick of paint on it but there's no rush since he (and Aaron) did a fine job. Work much better than those done by the big loft company that did some plastering beforehand. He does not come cheap but the work is certainly worth every penny. Beware though that I highly recommend you clear the room(s) entirely before he starts or fully cover with dust sheets everything that is left behind with. Plaster gets everywhere. Totally unavoidable.
