  8. we are off to south Africa in a few weeks time with a 5 year old and 18 month old. The nurse at our doctors told us to look up the website fit4travel which will give you information on what jabs you need to have. We have just had to have our Hep A injections and she recommended we have the Hep B ones too
  9. I think its 50p if you go after a certain time

  12. oh ok thanks maybe I need to check with the airline
  13. we are going to south Africa in September and our youngest will be 18 months old. She will probably not need a lot of bottles but just wondered how people went around the milk situation. She is currently on cows milk so just wondered how you can get milk on the plane and obviously it wont keep cold on the plane either. Also does anyone know if the airline will warm milk up for you on the plane if you need it
  14. susiq I have never donated to the RSPCA and if I ever get cornered by a volunteer on the street asking me to donate to them, I kindly let them know that I know that the RSPCA do not do what they say they do and I would rather give my money to an animal charity that I know has a non destruction policy
  15. the rspca do not bother with most cases, they like to think they are the first ones on hand to help animals in distress or cruelty cases but as shown above, they don't care half the time!
  16. sounds typical of a response from the RSPCA!!
  17. I wish the parking attendants would come round where I live, they would have a field day from people not parking up on the pavement (white lines allow you to) thereby causing their cars to block the road in both directions. Also cars parking on corners too close to junctions so that if you are driving you cannot safely see if there are cars coming
  18. i thought nurseries didn't take children unless they were toilet trained!
  19. Dymchurch is nice, about an hours drive, nice beach only a few amusement arcades and a kids play area where you buy tokens to go on rides.
  20. we went to Falmouth one weekend which was lovely although from where we are its a 6 hour drive. we stayed in a lovely b&b right by the beach
  21. I used feel good contact lenses, seemed to be the cheapest online for me (I wear toric lenses)
  22. not blackout blinds is it!
  23. The fox project would be the best bet or wildlife aid/sos although not sure if they would travel this far
