    they told me at my last scan (which was quite late due to having low lying placenta) that my baby was going to be big and she was only 7lb 11oz so dont stress too much

    we didnt even bother with our daughters 2 year check. I think if you feel your child is developing well, talking etc then not to bother.

    i am all for breastfeeding but when she went to see the woman who was still breastfeeding her 5 year old and 3 year old, one look at her breasts when she opened the door and i was like oh my god, they were nearly on the floor!

    i put a bag of clothes out for a charity collection and spotted someone going thru the bag, making a mess and not taking any of it. There are even people who take donations from outside charity shops and then sell it on. Some people have no shame

    i dont have a problem with foxes living in the gardens. With regards to the noise they make, how else are they supposed to communicate? Maybe you should ask them to speak quieter

    well i ventured out either the first or second day after getting home from hospital. was only shopping at lakeside tho

    eclectic if you have any spare dog food you no longer need, then how about donating it to a rescue centre? I am sure they would really appreciate it

    i must admit i was out two days after giving birth to my daughter even tho i was in labour for 48 hours. I felt fine although a little tired but i just used to get out of the house even for a walk so i didnt go mad couped up inside

    i have a feeling certain airlines wont let you fly after a certain time. You will need to check with the airline as I am sure you have to fly back before a certain time too

    i just bought the usual standard ones from mothercare.

    she will have a yoghurt but thats it. She just says no all the time.

    since friday my daughter who is 2 & 5 months has refused to eat anything we have cooked her. She says she wants it and as soon as it is ready she says no and refuses point blank to eat. Has anyone else experienced this. She has also been saying her belly hurts but not sure if thats just attention seeking or whether its to do with her not eating. We keep telling her that her belly hurts because she is hungry but no luck yet

    i would ask to see their id close up and then take details and ask them to wait whilst you confirm they are who they say they are. if they are the real deal then they will still be at your door when you go back

    dont they have parking/car park at the store?

    sue they are always looking for donations throughout the year too as they either sell them at their charity shop or give to people who are struggling any time of the year.

    yep salvation army are always collecting and i have been collecting on their behalf so if you have anything you would like to donate then please let me know

    i stayed in a hotel called Mare Nostrum Resort which is actually in between Los Christianos and Playa but far away from Playa to not hear the music etc. It was lovely and we actually booked it because we had gone there previously and seen how lovely this hotel looked as we walked past

    sorry its good to know about tesco's policy as i have been there on several occasions to see people park in the parent and baby spaces without having a child with them. I have also seen people parked in the disabled spaces and they obviously do not have a disabled badge. I know in future to go into the store and complain

    well done edanna for the post. i am a volunteer at the salvation army and we do indeed get alot of requests for food/toy parcels this time of year. If anyone has anything you think may be suitable for parcels, then please let me know as i am happy to come and collect. Thanks
