Anybody know a good place to get one? We got one for when i was pregnant with our daughter but i cant remember where I bought it from. Want to get one for this pregnancy

all i can say is ouch!!

im nearly 31 weeks pregnant and will be tuning in, i love it and watched it whilst i was pregnant with my daughter too! Dont think anything can scare me or put me off seeing as i have gone thru it all once already!

pefki islands resort in Rhodes, Greece is lovely. We have been a few times (although not with our daughter yet). It has two resorts where you can use all the facilities. It is about a 5 minute walk from restaurants but down a quiet road so you dont hear any noise from the restaurants/bars. It has 3 huge swimming pools and kids swimming pool, people are very friendly and place is clean!

buggie im not under kings but have not seen anyone in the GD department. Just did the glucose test (yes it is yukky!) and thats when they said my result was 9. Anyway got to keep an eye on my sugar level for a couple of weeks then go back and discuss them with the midwife to see where we go from here. I have had a couple of really high reading (in the 11's and 12's) but cant understand why. I feel worse in the morning, feel lightheaded and a bit shakey. Baby has a few other health problems so dont want anything else to be wrong

Also they told us my daughter was looking on the large side and she was born a day early weighing 7lb 11oz. They dont take into consideration that the father is 6ft 2ins and an ex rugby player so surely genes come into it too

well they are monitoring me for a couple of weeks. I go back on the 10th to see the midwife again and discuss my results that i have. She said if sugars are too high then i will see the dietician.

i am just scared that if the baby is big and i start pushing and the baby gets stuck. Thought it would be easier on everyone to just give me a c section and save the stress of trying to deliver a big baby!

i will ask my partner as he is originally from south africa and may be able to suggest some places for you to go to.

Just wondered if anyone has had this whilst pregnant. I have been to the hospital and they told me the baby is looking big (they said that about our first) and when they did a glucose test my result was in the 9's (normal should be around 7). Anyway I now have to test my sugar level after each meal and sometimes its below 7 and other times its high (one night it was 12). When i asked the midwife what would happen if i did have it and the baby was showing large, she said nothing, they wouldnt start me off or give me a c section so sounds like i will have to struggle to give birth to a large baby!

or maybe someone could collect the cat and take it to a vets to see if it is microchipped. i did that when a cat was run over by a car near my house, they scanned it but unfortunately no chip was found

i would take their rubbish out and leave it outside their front door!

all council wardens are supposed to keep a record of any dead pets they pick up so that if the owners ring up, they can let you know if they did indeed find your deceased pet

This will also be the first christma for my daughter at nursery and i have bought a nice tin of biscuits for the teachers to share. Sainsburys do some really nice tins of biscuits that are great for christmas presents

i have a few avent bottles without teats that were given to me for baby number 2 on the way but we are probably going to use tommee tippee ones so if you want these all you have to do is buy the teats

we have been to a place in rhodes called Pefkos and stayed in Pefki Islands Resort. It is a lovely place to stay, very clean, friendly people and it has two swimming pools plus a little kids one. Also you can use the facilities in the complex just 2 seconds away from it (its all part of the same one) which has another pool etc. Its a stones throw away from restaurants/bars etc but not so you can hear it from the apartments. The beach is just a short walk away from the apartments too. have a look at the thomson website

You want to come and see our street in the mornings, we have cars constantly driving round and round waiting for a space to become available (or two spaces if you are inconsiderate!) and then they park up and walk to the DLR for a days work. If the residents use their cars in the morning we dont expect to be able to park in our street let alone outside our house. I remember when i was 8 months pregnant having to park around the corner and carry about 5 bags of shopping, no-one offered to help me of course!! Its so annoying, these days i leave the car and take the DLR if i have to go shopping or out anywhere in the morning

i think its quite shocking how "older" kids are taking part in trick or treat. I usually only open the door if i see that its young kids

im surprised the staff are not screaming too!

we went for our 20 week scan on tuesday to be told its another girl but also told that one of our baby's kidneys is larger than the other one. They believe there are cysts blocking the tube connecting the kidney to the bowel. This has really worried me although the doctors are going to keep an eye on me. i have to wait another 8 weeks for another scan to see if things have changed for the good or bad. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and what the outcome was. The doc said they could put a shunt in to relieve this but not sure if they mean whilst im still pregnant or when baby is born. Cant believe i have to worry for another 8 weeks
