  1. Oh nooooo tree murder.... for people to walk on the pavement Hilarious Trees before people. Pavements are for trees lol
  2. The Dulwich Village junction was not broken. It's been purposely broken so Southwark can spend money with the contractors to redesign a fix. Oldest trick in the self serving Southwark Road "planning" book of fleecing the local tax payers. Hilarious they screw us everytime and few spot their scam..
  3. Cars using roads what ever next....
  4. Bus drivers are all fairly bonkers. They do mad things like flash their lights at you if you change lane into their lane five car lengths in front of them.. I've now taken the view that they are thick as thick can be, as a friend said if they had any brains they wouldn't be bus drivers. There's always the exception but 1% of bus drivers with a brain isn't really going to help...
  5. Hilarious & totally brilliant..
  6. The political establishment rigging the system to the benefit of banks the landed wealthy and big business. Attack on BTL is the thin end of a wedge of control over the people keeping us firmly in our place as slaves to them.. A disgrace.
  7. 1. Dehydration is a huge factor in my experience When you feel it starting two large glasses of water and more until your pee is clear Avoid tea and coffee or any drinks such are high in caffeine 2. Lacking in salt and sugar for energy Packet of crisps and a mars bar or a twix Salt levels are important 3. Avoid bright Light Have a lie down in a dark room 4. Kimchi Great for its natural bacteria I find it really helpful with chemical balance in my body generally improved digestion. Also meditation look at the excellent headspace app on ios and Android It's horrible hope you find a way of dealing with it.
  8. British tax payers penalised first investment in btl whilst foreign investment is encouraged insanity http://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/homes-meant-to-revive-estate-sold-overseas-0qdmf0jdf?shareToken=cfeb318482f698fd51b2bf716cc1d09c

If you're dealing with low IQs ,,, basically no amount of education can fix thick people. This is a fundamental principle thick people get wrong about other thick people. Hear no evil See no evil Say no evil chimpanzees motto Osborne was crammed at prep school didn't help his low IQ or he knew what he was doing was madness and didn't care because it was about getting votes not fixing the economic problems.

  13. It's part of the death of individual capitalism IMO Dreadful Times Squeezing every potential safe investment opportunity and forcing regular people to gamble in the stock market or pay heavy fees to often incompetent managers. This is a backward step. FFS taxing TURNOVER ! Insane . Will be interesting to see what happens after next April
  14. On the financial systems madness this video is good https://youtu.be/NeJpQQt_b8c They don't even understand Banking how on earth can they understand free economics Tax and the property markets Hilarious
  15. There is a fix .. I think I've just invented it . I'll call it Vertical Debt It means if you're a billionaire lord muck you're not allowed to borrow. If you're a billion pound Company no debt allowed. Access to Debt is access to opportunity if you are already a billionaire why would the system need to make you even more wealthy ??? Only that way will individuals' ever be able to gain critical financial mass and have access to equal opportunity. I'm clear that giving individuals opportunity at every level in society is a benefit to humanity. Running this political corporate elitists system is inhumane and destined to create misery and boom and bust ...
  16. I can't wait for electric driver less cars I'll be able to go out get drunk and be driven home without having to deal with some driver who wants to talk about football the weather or tell me his family are living in Sweeden because the UK is too dangerous for Muslims. CAN'T WAIT .
  17. The Lounge is where we can discuss anything ? Almost errrrr lol

It's a 1 bed flat SE22 near Lordship Lane They said they haven't had a rent increase in the 3 years which I think is amazing. binkylilyput Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Are you actually citing Thatcher as a hero of the > working classes? > Interesting > I wouldn't go up north (or anywhere other than the > wealthier southern counties for that matter) and > spout these views if I were you That IS Hilarious If it wasn't for Thatcher many of these people up north and elsewhere wouldn't own their own homes or have work they'd be at home on the dole. I imagine that's what will happen if Corbyn gets in it'll be Cuba / Venezuela style progress for th UK LOL. Thatcher gave the hard working British people opportunity then Tory and Labour morons introduced a micro tax system to kill small businesses and give Starbucks McDonalds Big Business etc & Lord Muck more tax breaks and more opportunity to fleece the people. Hilarious how the media lead by the BBC have educated the masses otherwise ,,, haha
  19. Horizontal equity I like it. I think redistribution of opportunity to the rich is what this tax is about. it's also about raising rents. Every new tax unbalances the financial system in favor of the rich who are able to avoid these taxes. This tax is an example of a corporate capitalist system which is currently designed to benefit the wealthy, large businesses over individuals it's a system designed to give tax advantage to the rich and it will continue the slavery of the people to the system / banks we will continue to serve the establishment the political corporate wealthy elite!! It removes opportunity and keeps us regular people in our place . It makes a mockery of free markets and freedom. It creates another barrier to entry into a business area which will now become exclusively biased towards those who have large amounts of capital to invest the same entities that avoid paying their share of the taxes making it almost impossible for individuals to invest on an equal level to atempt achieve financial critical mass and live without the need for a life time of debt. It is designed to keep us as slaves to a corporate political capitalist system. The death of equal opportunity for all. Margaret Thatcher is turning in her grave. Whilst this new Socialist Tory party designs a system of elitism to dominate the masses. Unbelievable
  20. cerv Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > If a bank doesn't view you as someone worthy > enough to lend to that is no-one's issue other > than yours. No it's if I setup a limited co with no track record in property. Before this new tax I could and still can go with a regular BTL but what's the point if in 3 years I end up paying ?2,000 -?6,000 in tax and make a ?2,000 -?6,000 loss in the process. Basically the government will be taking all my profit in tax And if rates go up it's even worst. What do you suggest I invest my money in. And why do you think it's acceptable that a limited company lord muck and big property landlords are given preference over you and me ??
  21. cerv Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > You absolutely can invest to an equal level. Set > yourself up as a company and you will be exempt. > That is how they operate. > > Your comments on FTBs and JAMs are pure trolling. > You have no idea. No You're wrong. I've asked my mortgage broker and I can't setup a limited company and get a mortgage I don't have the trading track record. Also if it was that easy then this tax wouldn't have been introduced. HAHA FTBs and JAMs will absolutely not benefit from this tax only large corporate landlords and wealthy land owner benefit. It's taking us back to serfs and landowners. We're all working for the lords and landowners and we'll have less and less possibility to get the assets away from these land owners this is an upside down tax it should tax the mega rich and large corporate landlords but it taxes the average person it closes doors and closes opportunity. You have no idea zero.! Margret Thatcher was for free markets and that has been the cornerstone of our progress and growth. This tax is the opposite and it will create problems in the housing market .
  22. celtic1 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > thanks I will look at that in the morning > thank you so much Here's the alarm system I bought ?150 brilliant system you just need to replace batteries in the bell box and sensors every couple of years http://www.screwfix.com/p/yale-premium-wireless-alarm-kit/54473 Tip Install the bell box at height where it's easy to replace the batteries in the porch if anyone tampers with it the dialer will go off and phone you. For me it's peace of mind as I'm often away contracting so it's good to know it there's been a break in the moment it happens then I call a neighbour or friend with keys to check. Can't really got wrong for ?150
  23. Yes well now YOU and I don't buy a BTL unless we want to lose money. As I have mentioned property like everything else is now a big boys game. Individuals have zero change of investing directly in property where before there was a lack of decent rental property available now given the 2014 figures there are 5 million BTL properties ie 5 million available for tenants. What's the future with this new tax .. Probably higher rents as it'll be run by big business. Will first time buyer be any more likely to be able to buy I doubt it because they will continue to spend their money on travel dining out and a party life style most can't afford and don't want to buy at least not until mummy and daddy give them a deposit as for the JAMs they will never be able to save a deposit as they are JAMs at the end of every month they are lucky to have 1p in their bank accounts. SO this crazy tax is fixing nothing it's only reducing the housing stock increasing rents and benefiting largs companies and disadvantaging savers and individuals who want to invest in property by making property a unique asset class. As I've said above YOU and I can no longer invest in property on an equal level to Lord Muck of X or some mega property company. That is very very bad and it sets a crazy business precedent. Just imagine if you setup a small business selling widgets and you get taxed on turnover and you can't offset your rent and storage costs against tax .. bonkers and that's what this loony tax has done it taxes turnover ... mad Pay Day loan companies are OK no tax on turnover and BTL is evil so tax the turnover .. we're in a bonkers world .... !
  24. Oh yeah a genius policy Rents go up Prices short term go down,, then continue going up as there's insufficient supply Billionaire property owners get even richer Corporate landlords dominate the market and can push rents even higher Genius Absolute genius Meanwhile everyone else puts their money in the bank making a net year on year loss as inflation eats away or they buy property and pay a tax on turnover. Hilarious how can any investment work or any market work when investment is taxed on turnover. You're all bonkers..
  25. I was looking to buy a BTL for investment, pension & because it was better than money in the bank or in stocks and shares AND just as I've got to the point where I can. Osbourne brings out this bomb shell. Now I'm left with moving to a bigger property .. which I don't need don't want "except I might move where the aircraft noise isn't an issue but then I'd miss friends and family I'm from here" or other investment options which I don't like as they are all too risky. Now if I go with a BTL I'll be paying tax and making a loss on my investment. Increased rents will be the only way to fix this the fact that lots of landlords are rabbits caught in the on coming headlights is standard denial of facts.. This is a slow motion train crash and a crash is never good.
