    Lego Donation

A big ask, I know! If anyone has Lego they are happy to donate, it would be very, very appreciated. This is for secondary school therapy sessions. We have a budget but it's small and Lego is expensive. We already provide games, food, toiletries only partly covered by our budget (I'm sure you know what it's like) but we have a child who has specifically asked for lego. This would be for use in therapy sessions - not for playtimes or to take home. Thankyou
  2. It's not easy finding a cattery so if you do end up needing a cat sitter, I used London Cat Sitting for several months and they were very good. [email protected]
  3. They're very common in Deptford. We seem them all the time... It's interesting how bird populations are so different in such close areas.
  4. Sharp Works in Herne Hill have workshops. They're very good.
  5. There's a brilliant seamstress in Brockley. The business is called The Workshop. Sorry I can't seem to post a link from my phone. She did my daughter's wedding dress. I don't think there's much you do to repair jeans if they're too short though. The best you.might hope for is to even them out. Technically, they should be replaced but realistically, good luck with chasing that...
  6. The orangery at the fan museum in Greenwich ...
  7. Thank you for trying but I'd already looked at these and they collect from businesses/have a minimum weight donation. Thanks for the tip - very helpful. I'm hoping to take it down next week. Xx
  8. I've done this but haven't found one in Hackney that takes frozen food
  9. Cheers. I'll try calling them in the half term. Thank you. That's very kind of you but I'm bringing it over from Hackney!
  10. I have a freezer full of food to donate BUT I haven't found a food bank that will take frozen food. I also haven't found one that will let me drop off evenings or weekends. I'm at work during the day. Added complication its I don't have a car, I'll be bringing it by taxi. Anyone have sensible suggestions?
  11. Trinco at the oru workspace. Sri Lankan/British fusion. Great food, nice vibe..
  12. Thank you for all of this. It's very helpful and much appreciated. I'll make some calls as soon as I can. xx
  13. I'm looking to rehome my mother's cat as she is going into care. Celia Hammond haven't replied to me, Cats Protection in Croydon said they can't take him and Battersea has a waiting list. I feel so sad for him as he's been alone in the house for 2 months now, apart from the cat sitter popping in every day. Does anyone know any other rehoming charities that might be able to help?
  14. Try a place called The Workshop in Brockley. She's very good...
  15. Any updates?
