  1. This is terrible!! I went on Friday 3 times (having given up on 2 occasions because the queue wasn't moving - only one person at the desk). The queue went round the corner to the top of the ramp and into the car park. There was an elderly lady with a zimmer frame (I got her to the front to be served) and someone else in a wheel chair. I had to collect that day because it was a box of live food for my son's lizard. I did phone a main number they gave me to register a complaint. Is this poor management because of privatisiation? It is totally unacceptable.
  2. I have been a patient there for about 6 years and I must say I have found the reception staff variable. Some always seem a bit off hand and 'just doing their job', one in particular seems moody- catch her on a good day and she's delightful, on a bad day downright awkward, verging on rude. I have been very upset by their attitude a handful of times that I think is a pretty bad record. Of course they would probably say my attitude is offending but I am the patient, I am the one who has problems and am in difficulty and I think they should always be friendly, helpful and understanding. As a whole I think it is a good surgery though some of the doctors and reception staff do seem rather arrogant and patronising at times.
  3. Anyone qualified to teach 15 yr old Russian from scratch?

  5. Quickest is train to Victoria from Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill, then Victoria Line.
  6. I lost our car key today in the car park at Dulwich Park at about 5.00 pm. If any one finds it I would be really greatful if you would PM me. It is on a ring with no other keys, and has the Mercedes symbol on it.
