I'd stay well away from those flats you speak of, watched them go up, very shodder and cheaply fitted out, the developer wanted to jump on the band wagon and sell high for a low standard property. Tried to cram as many in as possible and has now been sitting empty for over 18 months.... wouldn't fancy the basement flats, but the top floor has nice views over the 'dead center' of East Dulwich. When they were first built they wanted ?350,000 for them, and if you are really interested I'd go in at well below ?200,000.
