What am gonna say might sound harsh, but if you are working for Southern I hope you get cancer.

I don't really get it how they are still allowed to operate. Trains in the morning are packed... no safety regulations no nothing.

What about people like me that suffer racism after the result because they are from Europe? -

Thanks for your time, it seems like I won't be joining them then, they already been there for a week and prolly knew about the change months before, if nothing has been done so far it seems like Fusion management just changed name to something else and keeps running the same gym, well done Council.

Any news about this place, I am interested to know if they are the same as Fusion or not.

I was looking forward for the new management but after reading about it here it feels like another fusion style company or maybe even worse... at the end of the day its the council that picks up the deals and I don't trust them at all.

No Virgin Media since Thursday morning
bzgeo replied to worldwiser's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
The interwebz is up but de speed is sooooo slow... can't watch porn like that, and we all know that porn = health. So they are clearly trying to kill me. Who knows Virgin might be working for ISIS. I have to watch image porn... its been since 00' that I haven't done that... -
No Virgin Media since Thursday morning
bzgeo replied to worldwiser's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
on their virgin media status it says a fix will be in place until the 18th at 18:00 ... which is so bad... My interwebz was down for the whole day same reason as you boys, but atm it seems to be back, although am getting speeds less than 1mb which is definitely not what am paying for. So tired of them... also a thing that I wouldn't see in the past, all the wifi's around me seems to be BT nowadays while in the past everything was virgin, I guess a lot of people made the right choise and moved away. -
Insufficient visual harm - what do you think?

If the council is not taking that off, lets just print 100 banners and spam the streets with them, see if the council cares. -
Just download real life adblocker mate. Works everytime. And if there is not enough space on your machine download more ram.

Issues with Virgin Media - anyone having similar problems?
bzgeo replied to colbol2010's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
for those out there saying "whats the problem, switch to another company" etc... NO. I am paying for a specific service and it should come as advertised... Plus unfortunately the only company that can provide you with proper connection speeds is Virgin media so far. Switching over to another company solves nothing, but creates more trouble. -

Best route to Paddington Rail Station ?
bzgeo replied to intexasatthe moment's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
uber it for 15? problem solved ;) -
throw it out on the pavement and let them f themselves, you are trying to do the right thing and even pay for disposing something, but they can't offer you such a service... then ignore any southwark rules and throw it out there let em deal with it.

Try virgin if you would like to pay for the worst connection in history... their network is doomed around ED

problem with cutting off your contract is that there is nothing else out there offering same speeds or being reliable enough. -

Well I understand that high traffic happens, but thats why as a company you have to upgrade your network or offer discounts for your shitty services. Unfortunately there is no-one out there to protect us from Virgin Media atm. Taking it up with them on your own just ends up being a pain and it won't lead you anywhere. I know of other areas that are having the same issue as we do, and some of the people there have brought it up with the CEO etc but they obviously receive that robotic response that "we are working on ensuring that our network is better than garbage, please allow us the time to do so..." etc. It feels like that in our case making a formal complaint won't help much. We need to form some sort of a group where we can create a class complaint against Virgin and ensure that anyone that is having issues is compensated. (Same applies to southern rail garbage) -
Used to go to the old one (which was hideous) to watch matches. Went in the week before and found out a new pub in place, amazing staff, food and service was excellent. Prices are good as well.

I find it that virgin's network needs an upgrade in our area... we do need to create a formal complaint gathering as many signatures from Virgin customers. -
Dulwich Leisure Centre..poor management
bzgeo replied to Phidan's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I cancelled my subscription mid November. I was told about the 1 month notice for the cancellation and I said fine. So on December they pulled out money from the DD. Then on January they did it again... I tried contacting them about it, and never got a response. I went there in person to resolve my issue and I was told that the manager is home sick and she might be back in 3 days. Great now a gym that runs without a manager for a whole week... first time am seeing that. Then on Monday I went in spoke to the manager, told her that its unacceptable and filled up a complain form as well. She told me she is going to refund my money within 7-10 days, and she is going to try to speed up the process and she is going to email me about it... 7 days after nothing back from her, and nothing back from my official complain. I contacted the corporate fusion lifestyle HR department where I spoke with a guy that told me that he is going to forward my case to "Dan" which is the General Manager... Now that Dan apparently has no last name as it seems... Hope I get my case resolved soon or am calling the ombudsman. Just to add about the gym, water taps are not working. The card reading machine needs a replacement. The gym is dirty. Its rare that your going to see any actual gym trainers in the gym... They always hang around the reception chatting. (I'd love to see what happens when someone has an injury and there is no trainer in place.) The personal trainers are the only ones in this gym that you'll see, they have absolutely no respect for other members, just to get their stuff done... General rating I'd give to this gym for the subscription money would be 4/10 at its best.
