  1. Please post the plan
  2. No. Not in my street. A ploy by Southwark to get all to wont a CPZ. Creeping death. Free CPZ permits for residents not Southwark piss up the wall fund
  3. Please put it up now for all to see or will admin cancel it and all other posts?
  4. I don't think that long time residents regarded this as a private road but a road for the garden centre and the building supply centre. Dropping off was part of the local fabric of life However since people have paid over the top for property they want to make sure they get all they think they entitled too. Story of ED I am afraid. Not the easy going area I grew up in. The past was far more easy and enjoyable. Now I suspect most in debt and must keep up appearances by safe guarding assets to borrow against. I worry about the tyre shop areal asset to the area. Does it now fit in to the precious I am special mob.

If it was OK to use this road when the garden center was operating to park, why has this person/s only just started to make a fuss over people using it briefly. Sounds like they had no legal right over it before but trying to put their marker down for whatever reason. When they bought the house they must have known the road usage. The truth would be interesting
  6. How high is this crane? Will anything be flying this low
  7. Land registry details and price are in the public domain.
  8. Who owns the road, her or the builders merchants or the old garden centre. Let's hope she does not try and put the tyre place out of business when people stop. Again this situation was there when they moved in.
  9. Maybe she is trying to impose a rule/precedent to stop the redevelopment going through.

You supply groups. Money where your mouth is comes to mind
  11. Well said. I wonder how many will? There's a few who feel that passive aggressive online posturing actually amounts to something. Could you explain more Rodney
  12. Of course, did you expect any other result? Southwark wanted it and the in the loop mob provided the votes. If the number of responses represents the view of the vast majority you have to be living on cloud 9. The whole process was a joke as many people never knew it was going on. My lane Cllr never went out their way to promote it. But they are Labour. Very few votes but again % numbers to push it through. Look at the letters sent out and the number of replies.
  13. He could be better used cleaning graffiti that is suddenly appearing everywhere again. 2015/16 Tooley street/Queens Road Council office refreshments again came to ?169.000.00. Perhaps they are running out of money. Perhaps they now need biscuits.
  14. Perhaps the 2004 flood horror could have been prevented if the drains and sewers had been maintained. Unfortunately they were not, hence overload. Could there be some truth in the above comment someone made earlier?
  15. Does anyone give a flying f...
  16. Even getting to and around the exercise machines is the same. Water and mud. A complete balls up
  17. The charity has become a business to support the wealthy. Please explain
  18. Dulwich estates are landlords who provide the facities for business to operate from. If people are not prepared to pay for these facilities what is the problem? Move else where, seems simple enough. If properties are let for what the estate asks this only confirms the commercial value. Is people are so worried form a co-op and rent the shops for the going rate and put what ever business they want in. I doubt if their pocket will match their mouth.
  19. How many of these children go to the schools that big greedy Dulwich Estates support?
  20. Many years ago they used to suck out rubbish from road drains. Cannot remember the last time I have seen this. If you look when walking take note of how many drains are blocked.
  21. I too like to walk and see things change like the seasons. Different bins, overflowing rubbish brings joy to my eyes.

Cllr Barber where exactly on Lordship Lane? Please comment on the current adminisations daft rules? Is the comment some one made pro bike correct?
  23. How would it be if roads were CPZ and residents were issued with free parking permits. Suspect that off road parking would not be an issue. Visitors could be offered supplementary residents permits with time clock which would also be attached to the main permit.
  24. Since when has commercial shops, rents , toy shop been part of the heritage of the area. Devalues the value of a petition.
