Aria was fantastic when renovating our bathroom just before Christmas. Incredibly helpful and flexible with his time when the suppliers repeatedly sent us damaged goods. He was responsive, kind, tidy and his fees very reasonable. I'll definitely use him in future.

Jan of Silver Fern Landscaping did an excellent job of replacing my worn out garden fence recently. He was efficient, quoted the best price of four estimates and cleaned everything up beautifully. I live on Upland Road and loads of houses towards the southern end participate, as well as quite a few on Dunstans Road. It's very festive. Trick or treating starts as soon as it gets dark, so don't miss out.

I would add my recommendation for Marven and Sky High . Smallish job of repairing external window seals and painting but undertaken effeciently and reasonably and both he and his painter Dave were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use again

I rarely post, but I wanted to sing the praises of computer repair person Robert Cast, who fixed my laptop and iphone 6s Plus in record time last evening and for a very reasonable price. After suggesting over the phone my Acer Swift laptop might need a new motherboard, Robert came back later to say it didn't and that it just needed a good clean. I appreciate that kind of honesty. I called Jon Smith after reading about him on this thread. He cleaned our windows, back and front, for ?30 -- we have a smallish two-storey terrace on Upland Road that includes a large glass door and windows at the back. We were impressed by his punctuality, the quality of his work and his general efficiency (he answered texts promptly, reminded us he was coming, etc). Jon takes pride in his work and we will definitely use him again.

Last autumn (2016) Matthew Hanson and his team renovated our seriously outdated kitchen, which entailed closing up a door, creating a new window, building French doors from an old bay window and re-doing all the electrics and plumbing on top of installing new units and a floor. They did a fantastic job, and Matthew and his team leader, Kris, responded promptly whenever we had questions or ran into unexpected problems. The builders arrived on time, were highly skilled as well as courteous and easy to have around the house. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and are about to have Matthew back to re-do our front and back gardens. I recommend his company very highly.
